Christchurch parks and gardens offer beautiful locations for weddings. A variety of park wedding locations are available ranging from boutique to beachy. Booking is required for weddings in these Council locations.

People are asked to refrain from smoking or vaping in Council-owned playgrounds and parks in line with the Council's Smokefree and Vapefree Public Places Policy
Time limits
Please be aware that bookings are limited to a maximum of three hours (includes set-up and pack-down time). Other ceremonies may be booked before or after your event.
Allow at least 30 minutes either side of your ceremony. Rehearsal times are not included in your booking arrangement.
