Use mobile apps
Go to your phone’s app store and select a translation app that suits you. Mobile apps can help you translate written information, two-way voice conversations and drawn characters.
For some apps you need to type in the information and other apps can use your camera to scan the text you want to translate.

Translating printed documents
Many of our documents and guides are printed and available in different languages at our libraries and service centres.
To translate a document yourself, you can use online translations services such as Google Translate(external link). Just follow the instructions to upload the document and have it translated.

Using an interpreter
If you require an interpreter when you’re talking with us, please let us know.
It’s a good idea to request an interpreter if you need to talk about something complicated or technical.
