Our animal management services help to keep dogs safe while also aiding public safety. Dog registrations enable us to keep track of dogs, investigate complaints and provide free services, such as dog parks, microchipping and safety education for children.
Due to the high volume of requests currently being received, it may take us several months to complete your dog registration update.
If you have submitted a request, please do not submit additional requests relating to the same issue as this may cause further delays.
If your update affects your registration fee, you will not be penalised in any way.
We want to assure you that we are processing your request as quickly as we can and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you are reporting a dog attack or an aggressive/rushing dog call us on 03 941 8999 (24/7) for immediate assistance.
