Ōruapaeroa-Travis Wetland

Ōruapaeroa-Travis Wetland is the last large freshwater wetland in Christchurch and an important habitat for native wetland plants and birds.

The section of track marked in yellow [PNG, 1.5 MB] has flooded due to recent heavy rain.

It is passable but requires sturdy footwear such as boots or gumboots.

We apologise for any inconvenience.
