Description |
Start the walk just past the boat compound at the Akaroa Recreation Ground and follow the boardwalk along the coast. The boardwalk ends on the narrow, gravel Children's Bay Road. Turn left onto Children's Bay Road and follow along the coast. While this road is quiet, please take care if you encounter vehicles. Cross the white bridge and you will find a spot to look out over Children's Bay to the Akaroa township opposite.
