Pre-application meeting

A pre-application meeting is an opportunity for you to discuss your proposed building project with Council staff

Project information memorandum

Issued by the Council before or with a building or resource consent, contains information known to the Council which is relevant to your proposal.

Existing use rights

Buildings that complied with the planning rules when they were first established but don't comply with the current rules may have existing use rights
