Cleaning

Cleaning charge - to ensure the facility has been left fit for purpose.  Additional cleaning charges may apply if required. Costs will be confirmed at the time of booking.

After-hours building inspection and security
Item Fee
After-hours building inspection and security charge for social events including birthdays, weddings, and celebrations where the hire is:
  • booked after 6pm Monday to Friday for 4 hours or longer
  • booked after 5pm Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday for 4 hours or longer
  • at the discretion of Council staff and not limited to the events above
