Join Symposium Dectet for a concert of new and original music exploring the width and depth of the Oceans.
With new compositions by Tom Rainey, Alex van den Broek, Cameron Pearce, Pablo Ruiz Henao, Tamara Smith, Gwyn Reynolds and Scott Taitoko, this is NZ jazz at its finest.
Whether plumbing the depths, harnessing the winds, or navigating the currents, this concert will take you on a journey of musical richness on a vessel crewed by the finest jazz musicians in Ōtautahi, with Alex van den Broek at the helm.
This event is a part of our Jazz Club 2025 series, happening every Thursday between 26 June and 11 September 2025.
Tickets
There are two ticket options: a cabaret-style table of premium seating with a complimentary drink for $40, or theatre-style seating for $20 to $25.
If you choose the cabaret-style table, you can also purchase a platter for two for $25. We will seek dietary requirements closer to the event.
The bar will be open throughout, of course.
