Fendalton Community Centre. This centre has a large hall, a carpeted auditorium and a seminar room. The centre is available for a range of sporting, dance and educational workshops.

You must be over the age of 18 to legally hire a Council Facility.
|Health and safety||
As part of the rental agreement the hirer accepts legal responsibilities to meet evacuation plans, health and safety responsibilities and to act as the facility warden.
All users are required to complete a 'pre-use' form before using the Fendalton Community Centre. This must then be signed, dated and left in the plastic drop box in the foyer of the centre. The box is cleared once a week.
|Hours of hire||The Fendalton Community Centre is available for hire Monday to Sunday, 7am to 11pm. The hall is not available from 9am to 3pm during primary school terms, when it is used by Fendalton Primary School.|
|Alcohol||The consumption and supply of alcohol is not permitted at this facility.|
All users are required to supply their own tea towels, wash up cloths, crockery, rubbish bags and cleaning liquids.
|Catering||No organised catering offered.|
|Disabled access||This centre has disabled access and disabled access toilets. Disabled access is via the foyer along the footpath heading towards the Fendalton Play Centre.|
|Parking||There are some on-site car parks.
On-street parking is also available.
