24 January 2022 to late June 2023. Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm (weather/site condition dependent). |

Details
- Work will take place across the whole area bound by the Ōtākaro Avon River, Pages Road and Anzac Drive. The plan can be seen on the next page.
- At various times throughout the project there will be traffic management in place as required. We don't expect any major impact access to affected properties or to the adjacent roads. Traffic management will be operational at off peak times and will be operational twice a week.
- The works might result in increased dust, noise and vibrations. We will try to keep any disruption to a minimum and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
- Safety is our number one priority. Stay clear and stay alert. Please keep children and pets at a safe distance from the worksite and construction machinery.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
