Details
We will be resurfacing sections of the road with a new asphalt surface. This work will take place in three stages over a period of about four weeks.
- Stage 1: Johns Road to Dickeys Road
- Stage 2: Styx Mill Road to south of the Johns Road intersection
- Stage 3: QEII Drive to just north of the Lowry Avenue intersection
Access to property during the work:
- Access to residents’ driveways will be maintained but may be impacted at times. Footpath access will remain open.
- There will be traffic management spotters in place during our work hours to assist you move safely through the site when required.
- Please advise HEB Construction staff in advance if you need access to and from your property during the closure period, and they will do their best to make access available for you.
- When needing to enter or exit your property during work hours, please signal to staff for their assistance – you can do this even if you have not advised HEB in advance.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
