Details
We are replacing the wastewater pipes on Greenhaven Drive. The work is being completed in two stages, each taking about three weeks. This is Stage 2.
Work is set to start on 20 April 2026. We understand this work is disruptive, and we appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
Traffic impacts
While we carry out the work, we will need to close the section of the road we are working in. Resident access will be maintained.
- Traffic management will be installed to keep both road users and workers safe.
- Works will take place 7am to 6pm Monday – Friday.
- Please be aware, reduced speed limits will be in place during construction works.
- The sections of road we are working in will be closed to through traffic during work.
- Vehicle access to properties will be maintained using steel plates where required, and on-street parking will be limited during the works.
Access
- Access to residences and businesses may be briefly impacted at times; our crew will make access available as soon as possible. Please advise us if you have any specific property access requirements, e.g. medical visits, large deliveries, home help or any planned works.
- Please put your bins out as usual by 6am on your collection day. Our team will move them and return them, if needed.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
