We will be installing streamside rock retaining with naturalised native planting to retain the stream bank. Selected trees and vegetation are needed to be removed so this can be completed. |

Why |
The existing timber drain is past the end of its usable life. The rock edging will retain bank soil, supporting long term dependable land drainage through this area. Native planting between the rocks will hold soil in place and improve the streamside setting. |

Details
- All the works are to be undertaken off street but will include entry to 49 Hamilton Avenue.
- Traffic and pedestrian management will be in place to ensure safe vehicle and plant entry and exit at the property.
- The footpath may be closed for short intervals when trafficking is to occur. Our contractor will provide guidance to any affected pedestrians.
- Localised noise will increase at time but will be minimised where possible and undertaken at considerate times of the day.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
