Details
We will be constructing a new retaining wall at 13 Hackthorne Road from 2 March 2026 until the end of April 2026. Traffic management will be in place for the duration of the works.
While traffic management is in place, please note the following:
- Two-way traffic will be maintained at all times.
- There will be closures of the footpath and road shoulder in the work area. As a result, on-street parking will not be available in this section, and pedestrian detours will be provided.
- We will maintain property access for residents, where possible, during the day. Our on-site team will communicate directly with affected residents regarding any temporary access restrictions.
- At night, the site will be secured with fencing, and full property access for residents will be restored.
- A 30km/h speed limit will be in place to ensure the safety of both our team and road users.
- Please follow all signage and detours in place.
- We will reduce the extent of traffic management as soon as it is safe to do so.
- Please advise if you have any specific property access requirements e.g. medical visits, home help, large vehicle access, deliveries or planned works etc.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
