Details
What are we doing:
We will be constructing a new gabion basket retaining wall. It is expected to be completed in mid-March 2026.
Traffic impacts
- The road will be closed across the work area and parking restricted along the slip lane.
- Upper Jacksons Road will be open for traffic.
- Access to properties adjacent to the work area will be impacted, further information will be sent to those residents.
- Outside of work hours and on weekends the closure will remain in place.
- Please be on the lookout for changes in traffic management and follow the signs.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
