Details
We will be renewing the existing courts and pavement at Akaroa Recreation Ground, including reconstruction of the tennis courts, improved drainage, and associated site reinstatement works. The project aims to enhance the quality, usability, and durability of the court facilities for the community.
- Temporary traffic-management and site-safety measures will be in place within and around the recreation ground. Please follow all posted signage and instructions from site personnel.
- We are committed to minimising disruption and will reopen public areas as soon as it is safe to do so.
- Construction activities may result in temporary increases in dust, noise, and vibration. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while these important works are completed.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
