Details
We will be constructing a new retaining wall on Valley Road.
This work will require a full road closure from 7am to 6pm.
While this is in place:
- During the day, we will maintain access for residents where possible. Our on-site team will keep residents informed of any access restrictions
- At night, the site will be fenced off and full access for residents will be restored.
- There will be no on-street parking in the working area.
- There will be traffic management in place, please follow the signage and detours.
- We will reduce the traffic management impacts when it is safe to do so.
- The works may result in increased dust, noise and vibrations
Please expect disruption to access at times in the working area.
Please advise if you have any specific property access requirements e.g. medical visits, home help, large vehicle access, deliveries, planned works etc.
Speed will be reduced to 30km/h through the work area.
Pedestrian access to footpaths will always be maintained with detours in place from time to time.
Please follow signage and instructions of our temporary traffic management teams.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
