Details
- There will be a traffic management layout in place while the works are completed.
- There will be one lane of traffic running northbound from Milton Street to Elstow Place. Southbound traffic will be restricted to resident access only.
- Shoulder closures, lane drops and temporary parking removal may be implemented at certain times. We will communicate specific changes closer to the time and always try to give you plenty of notice.
- Pedestrian access is important and will be always maintained. You might need to be escorted, so please speak to staff onsite.
- You may encounter increased construction noise while the work takes place. SEIPP Construction will endeavour to keep this to a minimum and limit any impact on you.
- Please follow the directions provided by the onsite traffic management team – these are to ensure your safety and the safety of other residents and drivers.
- Driveway access - Access to properties may be limited at times during the day. This will generally occur when the excavation is in front of your property and SEIPP will always try to give you plenty of notice.
- However, if you need to get into or out of your property and we are in the way, please speak to one of our friendly staff and we will do our best to assist you.

Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
