Details
From Monday 25 August 2025, we'll begin the renewals of the watermain along Inwoods Road between Broadhaven Avenue and Mairehau Road (including Arosa Place and Jade Place).
- There may be times when vehicle access to properties is temporarily restricted, but the contractor will provide advance notice of this wherever possible.
- On-street parking within the work area will be restricted, however full pedestrian access will be maintained. Please follow all signage and instructions from staff.
- The works may result in increased dust, noise and vibrations. We will try to keep any disruption to a minimum, and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
- Water supply to your property will be maintained, with a separate notice being given for the shut-off when connecting to the new pipes.
- We will endeavour to complete works as efficiently as possible and return the road to normal operating conditions.

Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
