We will be renewing the Council timber lined drain, creating some naturalised streamside planting and planting trees. |

Why |
The existing timber drain is past the end of its usable life. The renewal will provide bank stabilisation and maintain reliable land drainage through this area. Bank planting will improve the streamside ecosystem prior to entering the Heathcote River. |

Details
- All the works are to be undertaken off street but will include entry - egress across the footpath and onto Centaurus Road.
- Traffic management will be in place on the approaches to the works. The footpath outside the property may be closed for short periods during the works. When this occurs signage and crew members will assist pedestrians with direction to alternative routes.
- Localised noise will increase at times but will be minimised where possible.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
