We are progressing our Phase 3 work area further south. This work relates to the wider project to upgrade wastewater pipes and other underground services, extend the Nor'West Arc cycleway, and complete a street renewal. See below for more detail on the traffic impacts. |

This works notice relates to Stage 1, phase 3, and two further transitions in the traffic management coming up. Phase 3 work is located along Aorangi Road, between Wairakei Road and Wai-iti Stream (just south of Brookside Terrace) and includes the following scope:
We began phase 3 work on 26 May, starting with the section of Aorangi Road (south) between Wairakei Road and Colwyn Street. From 30 June, this work will extend to Brookside Terrace, and from the end of July traffic management will extend to Bateman Avenue. The two upcoming traffic management states are detailed below.
At times, night work may be required. Prior to this happening, those who may be impacted by the work will receive further notification.

Traffic management to support access to properties in the work area will include the use of temporary traffic lights. More information will be provided to affected residents and businesses.
