Details
- Sections of the park will be closed to the public during the construction activities.
- Temporary pedestrian detours will be in place throughout the duration of this project to help guide the public around the worksite.
- The site will be fully fenced to create a safe working space for the contractor and to act as a separation barrier to the public.
- Spotters will be on site to safely assist pedestrians around the construction zone during this time.
- There will be machinery operating on this site with construction equipment and vehicle movements taking place during the day.
- There will be an increase in noise and activity around the site during this construction process.
- Access to the Gymnastics Centre will not be affected during these construction activities.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
