Details
- Sections of existing footpath will be closed to public during the construction activities.
- Temporary footpath access will be put in place during the construction period, which public will be directed and advised to use throughout the duration of this project.
- The site will be fully fenced to create a safe working space for the contractor, and to act as a separation barrier to the public.
- Spotters will be on site to safely assist pedestrians around the construction zone during this time.
- There will be heavy machinery operating on this site with construction plant and vehicle movements taking place during the day.
- There will be a moderate increase in noise and activity in this area of Mona Vale Garden Park during the construction process.
- The works will be staged in sections to help lessen the impact to public.
- A Council approved Arborist will be on site at times of excavation to advise the contractor during this process.
- Access over the bridge to enter/exit Mona Vale Garden Park from Fendalton Road, will remain open to pedestrains at all times during these works.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
