Pre-start works
Scaffolding will be installed after foundation works, and the building will be shrink-wrapped to allow for work to continue during all weather.
During the works
There will be some increased noise, dust and vibration from the use of machinery for activities such as concrete cutting and hydro excavation.
This is to allow for the new foundations that are being installed.
Traffic impacts
The service lane that runs between the public toilet block and the homestead will not be available for pedestrians when deliveries are being made.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
