Details
What are we doing?
From Tuesday 2 April, for approximately two weeks, we will be constructing new footpaths installing new kerb and channel, and installing a threshold complete with pavers at the Moorpark Place/Ilam Road intersection.
Traffic Impacts
- From Tuesday 2 April, for approximately 4 days, the Moorpark Place/Ilam Road intersection will be controlled by temporary traffic lights.
- From Monday 8 April, for approximately five days, Moorpark Place will be closed between 9am and 4pm each day. Following this, Moorpark Place will be open to two-way traffic while the remaining works are completed.
- We ask you to please park on a street nearby if you need to use your vehicle during this time. Please continue to place your bins on the berms outside your property the night prior to collection, we will coordinate collection with Waste Management directly.
- Emergency vehicle access will be provided if required.
- Please note - we will not be able to provide access at all between 9am and 4pm due to the invasive nature of our works so please remove your vehicle from your property if you require access during our working hours. Please turn over for some more information about the work we are completing in this area.
- Please be on the lookout for changes to the traffic management and our friendly on-site staff can also assist with any queries. Pedestrian access will be maintained around our work site. The speed limit around our work site is 30kph to keep our workers safe. We know this work is disruptive, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
