Details
- These works form part of the renewal package which also includes Memorial Avenue, Hampton Place and Frith Place.
- There will be some investigation works starting from Monday, 4 March to help gather information for the main construction work. Our team will contact affected residents directly to discuss this work.
- Grangewood Lane will be closed from Memorial Avenue from Monday, 18 March to the end of Grangewood Lane. Resident access will be maintained where possible.
- Please expect disruption to access at times in the working area, our onsite team will keep residents informed of likely disruptions as this work is being carried out.
- There will be traffic management in place, please follow the signage and directions from our staff.
- We will reduce the traffic management impacts when it is safe to do so.
- There will be ongoing on-street parking restrictions on Memorial Avenue.

We will try to keep any disruption to a minimum, and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please advise us if you have any specific property access requirements e.g. medical visits, home help, large vehicle access, deliveries, planned works etc.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
