This policy provides a decision-making framework for land use proposals for the former residential red zone (RRZ).
This will facilitate greater community involvement in future decision making regarding the residential red zone, as well as in the actual use of the land.
Amendments to this policy may be required to align with the decision making powers delegated to the Co-Governance entity once established.
