Edit the payment schedule for an existing direct debit.
This form can only be used to change your scheduled payments from monthly to quarterly, or vice versa. Contact us if you want to make any other changes to a pre-existing direct debit.
Please note, it will take 3 working days for requests to be processed. The change will be made at the next due date which will be either the 15th of the next month for monthly direct debits or your instalment due date for quarterly debits.
