University of Canterbury’s 150th anniversary graduation parade
To celebrate Te Whare Wānanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury’s 150th Anniversary, we’re holding a special street parade through the central city.
The graduation parade will assemble in Hack Circle on the corner of Cashel and High Streets, and will process along Cashel Street, Oxford Terrace and into Victoria Square.
The procession will be led by the New Zealand Army Band and live-streamed on the University of Canterbury’s Facebook page.
Please join us in lining the streets, enjoying the festive atmosphere and showing your support for our students and their achievements.
This is just one of many events to celebrate the 150th anniversary of UC.
