The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical
This feel-good, family musical will have campers young to old hooked. Get your drachmas and book yourself a ticket to this killer quest of a show!
Percy Jackson: teenager, son... and half-blood? There's trouble in Olympus, Zeus' master lightning bolt has vanished and Percy is marked as the prime suspect. On his quest to prove his innocence, he makes new friends, slays monsters, and comes to terms with his new reality at Camp Half Blood.
This production has been created in collaboration with a cast of young people from across Ōtautahi Christchurch, bringing together talented performers from a range of schools and backgrounds to bring this show to life!
The show is independently produced and run entirely by students — with an incredible team of passionate young creatives both onstage and behind the scenes.
