Have a fun day out at the St Albans Skate Jam. Learn how to skate or compete in the tricks contest. Skateboard hire and lessons are free.
The St Albans skate jam is an energising and fun event for the start of the school year.
Join George and his team from Skate Skool and learn how to skateboard at the St Albans Skate Jam. Aimed at 8 to 15-year-olds, but also suitable for younger or older audiences and for the family to attend.
Great opportunity if you have not skated before, are just starting out or want to learn some nifty new tricks.
This great 'have a go' youth skateboard event has:
- skate demonstrations
- best trick comps
- learn to skate with the Skate Skool team
- free Hellers sausage sizzle
- free skateboard hire.
Supported by the Waipapa Papanui-Innes-Central Community Board, Hellers, Skate Skool, Cheapskates and Community Focus Trust.
