Get ready for a fun event at the Riverlution Eco Hub. We're hosting our first-ever Disco Soup, using surplus food items and produce from our garden.

We're hosting our first-ever Disco Soup, using surplus food items and produce from our garden. We'll be making a giant, delicious soup for koha to feed the community.
Here's the twist: Attendees will have the opportunity to pay for a meal in advance for members of the community who can't afford it. It's a great way to share the love and support each other.
The concept of Disco Soup started in Germany in early 2012 with the Slow Food Youth Network Deutschland. The organizers collected discarded fruits and vegetables from a market, played some disco music, and made a huge pot of soup. We’re bringing that same energy and spirit to our community!
