The City Nature Challenge is an international event. Find plants, animals and fungi, take a picture and share via the free app, INaturalist over the four days of the challenge. The city with the most observations wins.
So far six Aotearoa cities are registered to take part this year, including our very own Ōtautahi Christchurch so who is up for a little friendly competition?
If you are new to using the INaturalist app this is a great chance to learn alongside others, as well as discovering the red zone in more detail. Who knows what we might find?
