Patchwork workshop

Learn to compose and hand-sew a patchwork piece and make a coaster/pot holder or needle case with Mirabel Oliver

Patchwork is a creative and resourceful craft, transforming fabric scraps into something new. Mirabel will guide you through the process of composing and hand-sewing a small patchwork piece, perfect as a stand-alone creation or the beginning of a larger project.

Learning to improvise with scraps of any size or shape is a freeing way to use up material that might otherwise go to waste.
Mirabel will teach you about colour selection and introduce you to the simple yet versatile running stitch to piece it all together.
