Over Forties Tramping Club Walk
On Sunday 8 March the Over Forties Tramping Club is having a day for friends, family and prospective members at Diamond Harbour. Anyone interested in finding out more about our club is welcome to join us.
We are a tramping club based in Christchurch for people over forty years old.
With over 400 members, our club caters for all levels of tramping abilities, running day trips on Wednesdays and Sundays, as well as base camps and backpacking trips.
We are not competitive and have an emphasis on safe, friendly and enjoyable tramping.
On Sunday 8 March we are having a day for friends, family and prospective members at Diamond Harbour. There will be a half-day hike of the Cliff Track to Charteris Bay and return, followed by a picnic lunch.
For children, there will be a shorter walk followed by an activity.
