Manual Experimental Photography - Resident Workshop

Add spice to your photos with cellophane, mirrors, crystals and much more in this interactive experimental workshop for all levels.

Manual effects give an artist an extra bag of tricks to add layers to an image. Knowing how to use easily-accessed items to bring drama, light effects and the unexpected can make for something avant-garde and special.

Whilst effects can be added in post-editing, they can be flat and too uniform - often taking hours sitting at a computer screen to achieve.

In this interactive workshop, you will get to give manual experimentation a go with various types of items provided. Photographers can get stuck focusing on consistent, clean results but the purpose of this workshop is to ignite play and an experimental approach to broaden the artistic eye. You can bring your own camera.
