Laughter Yoga

Weekly sessions for everyone, combining deep breathing, laughter exercises and gentle stretching to get rid of stress and worry, and it's fun and a little crazy.

Laughter is the body’s natural antidote to stress and laughter. Yoga teaches you to breathe properly, release tension and stress, and feel good and happy at the same time. It's the perfect exercise for stressful times and it's fun.

There's no need to book, just come along with your laughing gear and comfortable clothing.

Please note that you will not be expected to turn yourself into a pretzel, the yoga part of laughter yoga is about deep diaphragmatic breathing.

  • The brain and body are flooded with oxygen.
  • Muscles relax.
  • Circulation is increased.
  • Killer T Cell production is increased - which helps fight disease and cancer.
