Free activities in the Active Zone for the whole whanau to enjoy including archery tag, pedalmania, obstacle course, football, rugby, cricket, tennis, Flip Out, NZ Police, Fire and Emergency.
The preschool zone located north of the playground offering free face painting, a preschoolers bouncy castle, play area with the Seaside Toy Library and enjoy a pony ride or the petting area.
If you are getting a little hot pay just $2 per person to cool off on the bumper boats and water wheels.
Food stalls including Empire Chicken, Burger Joint, Rollin Penguins and so many more.
Stage acts start from 11am in the Performance Zone by the band rotunda with the opening from Rawhiti School Kapa Haka group, followed by interactive preschoolers music with Michal.
We welcome two great local youth bands Ricochet and Broken Wire; chill out for a bit with solo guitarist Lorne Joblin; sway to the Dekaworwor drums or kick up your heels with the Samba; followed by a touch of reggae with Almost Johnny, and finish off the day with some toe-tapping sounds from The Mule.
