Looking for a fun new school holiday programme? Hauora Heroes is launching in week two of these schools holidays.

A five-day programme designed to teach children aged 5- to 12-years-old a toolbox of skills to take care of their hauora/well-being.

Tamariki need to learn their superpowers and create their own toolbox when they are young- to support them with challenges in their everyday life and allow them to live happy and healthy lives.
