Canterbury Basketball Association is thrilled to announce our next GLOW FEST 3x3 glow-in-the-dark basketball event for girls.
GLOW FEST is more than just basketball – it’s a vibrant celebration designed to engage girls in a fun and unique way.
Get your glow on. Teams of 4 to 5 girls will compete in 3×3 basketball while soaking up the dance party atmosphere.
We encourage teams to dress in matching fluorescent outfits, and we’ll provide fluorescent body paint and glow sticks, so they shine, as the lights go down. This is a wonderful chance for girls to bring their friends, enjoy basketball together, and make unforgettable memories.
This is a participation-based event, no scorekeeping, just plenty of smiles. We also hear there is a Tall Fern committed to visiting us on the day.
Christchurch’s basketball clubs will be on hand supporting this event- a great chance to learn more about club basketball here in Ōtautahi.
We can’t wait to see the girls light up the court at GLOW FEST.
In partnership with: Summer of Basketball, 2 Degrees, Fighting For Fair, Girls Got Game, and Basketball New Zealand.
