This session has been designed especially for whānau / family of disabled people and covers how a will and trust can future proof the wellbeing of your disabled children, as well as how any non-disabled children's future well-being can also be catered for.
It will help you to understand welfare guardianship and to understand Enduring Power of Attorney and how to set it up.
