Come experience Hurihanga, a stunning large-scale projection artwork lighting up the front of the Christ Church Cathedral each evening for Matariki.
Created by Ngāi Tahu artist Sam Emerson and the team at Offline Collective, in collaboration with Flare Ōtautahi Street Art Festival and the Christ Church Cathedral Reinstatement Project, Hurihanga shares a visual journey through the Matariki stars — telling stories of whakapapa, nature, and renewal through light and sound.
