Fermentation Workshop

Fermentation can be simple and fun. Let me show you how to create some delicious superfoods in your own home. This will be a fun and interactive class.

Education & Workshops

In this class we will make:

Scrumptious sourdough pizzas – I'll share everything you need to know to care for your bug and make yummy pizza bases - bring on the pizza parties.
Pickled vegetables – Make your own to take home. You'll see just how easy it can be to create a probiotic veggie mix in a few minutes.
Caspian Sea yoghurt – An heirloom seed yoghurt, decadent and luscious and so simple to make.
Fermented sauces - I'll share a variety of recipes so you can create gut-friendly, fermented sauces with confidence.
Fermented juice and fruit – Take a shop-bought product and bring it to life, enhancing its nutrient profile and reducing sugar.
