The CCBA Christmas Treasure Trail
Embark on a Christchurch City Christmas adventure. Find a letter in the tree at Riverside Market and, alongside other letters you discover around the city, unscramble them to unveil the secret password.
Complete the trail by collecting all the letters and go in the draw to win a huge range of fantastic prizes. More details to come.
Cholmondeley Children’s Centre Christmas gift appeal
Support a heartwarming cause this Christmas. Cholmondeley Children’s Centre provides short-term emergency and planned respite care for Canterbury tamariki.
From Friday 1 December to Saturday 23 December, bring a wrapped and labelled gift for a child aged 5 to 12 and place it under our Riverside Market Christmas tree.
Santa and Mrs Claus
At approximately 11.45 am in Santa's sleigh. Santa and Mrs. Claus are coming to visit. Bring your wishlist and enjoy the magical moment, they might even have some sweet treats for the kids.

From midday to 2pm Sideline Swing will be here belting out the Christmas tunes with a jazzy twist.
