The walk is hosted by members of the NZ Antarctic Society, who will talk about the particular things or sites that they have insights or knowledge about – prepare to be pleasantly surprised by what’s in Christchurch and some of the stories behind them.
The walk will be about 3.5km and take 21⁄2 hours, of which about 45 minutes will be walking time (and an opportunity to chat with the guides).
Weather: If the weather looks terrible, we will cancel the event. Notifications will be sent to all registered walkers and announced on the NZAS Facebook page.
