Canterbury Womens Catchball | Richmond
Catchball is a team sport for all women, like volleyball. It emphasises wellbeing and socialisation. We welcome participants of all skill levels and abilities.
Requiring fewer skills and less physical demand than volleyball, making it a safer and more welcoming option for women with varying fitness levels. It’s a great game for players whose age, skill level, or life commitments may prevent them from participating in other team sports. Everyone can engage at their own pace.
Catchball also has a strong social focus, with teams often getting together for fun events. It’s a wonderful opportunity to exercise and make friends in a positive, inclusive environment. Our teams provide a beginner-friendly and positive environment both during practice and social time.
We welcome new players and anyone wanting to try catchball at any time during the term.
