Canoe polo is a fast paced five aside game. Over 20 minutes, teams compete for the ball to shoot into a goal suspended 2m above the ball. It is highly technical and skilled, involving tackling, passing, sprinting, and scoring goals.
Collisions and pushing players over is part of the fun. Four regions have selected their best players in five different age categories for open and women’s grades. The region with the most points wins the overall trophy.
