Mark Rocket will share his his unique insight of the NZ aerospace industry and will talk about his journey to space.
Mark has always had a burning passion for space. In 2007 he started commercial operations of Rocket Lab with Peter Beck and in 2018 Mark started Kea Aerospace, a company based in Canterbury, which flies uncrewed aircraft to the stratosphere. He’s the president of industry body Aerospace New Zealand, and on 1st June, Mark flew to space on a suborbital rocket flight with Blue Origin.
This talk will be insight into Mark's aerospace journey so far and the exciting aerospace developments in New Zealand.
