Be a Penguin Keeper for a Day

Join our specialist penguin keepers in the penguin encounter who care for our rescue penguins. Learn about the science behind penguin welfare by going backstage.

Our rescue penguins have come to us to be cared for by our amazing team of penguin keepers.

Learn about the wonderful world of penguins by training in the daily tasks these keepers undertake, to make sure our penguins survive and thrive in their new Penguin Rescue environment.

Duties include the going backstage to the vet room, the plant room, cleaning of nesting boxes and record taking.

Also included is the Hagglund Field Trip, seeing the Huskies, 4D movie, exploring the Gallery, and ANT 101 / Science Alive Discovery Room.
