- New leases are proposed for expiring leases
The Council is considering granting new ground leases to replace the soon to be expired leases for the following sports clubs who own their own buildings on Council reserves as shown below.
Halswell Domain: Halswell Tennis Club,
Queenspark Reserve: Parklands Rugby Football Club
Sydenham Park: Sydenham Rugby Football Club
Redwood Park: Marist Harewood Cricket Club.
